Baxter & Black prides itself on having Australia’s widest range of shoe and bag repair solutions. This includes using the finest quality leathers as well as internationally sourced or custom-made shoe and bag parts. Our bespoke work is done by a small team of specialists, so we concentrate on quality rather than quantity. For this reason, we have far too many options to put online. However, we are transparent with our prices and list most of them on this site, including Men’s shoe repairs, Ladies shoe repairs and Bag & Accessory repairs.
Many of our clients choose to get on online quote, then post in their items. We can invoice online including return postage.

COLLECTION
Once you have agreed on a service, you can post it in, or we can arrange pick up from your address.
REPAIR
We call to finalise the repair work and payment, and keep you updated of the process by SMS.
DELIVERY
Once the repair is finished, we give you the heads up that it is on it’s way to your preferred address.
