We hand make each insole in our Newtown workshop using traditional techniques and precise attention to detail. Every pair is shaped, trimmed and finished by hand to match the original sole. Because of this, the insole delivers comfort, breathability and a refined feel that suits premium brands such as Valentino and Gucci as well as classic dress shoes and boots.
We choose high-quality leather and match the original insole as closely as possible. Colour, texture and thickness are carefully selected so the new insole blends seamlessly with the shoe’s interior. Moreover, we offer the option of adding a thin layer of foam beneath the leather. This provides discreet cushioning without bulk. We also have the option to clean the original brand label and reapply it in the same position and style as the manufacturers placement. Consequently, the shoe maintains its integrity and authenticity while gaining renewed cleanliness, comfort and support.
In daily use, the leather Shoe Insole adapts naturally to the foot. The leather softens gradually, creating a personalised fit. Its breathable surface helps regulate temperature and keeps shoes feeling fresh throughout the day. - Insole with stitching: To match the original insole with colour and stitching
- Insole with label and stitching: In the rare case that the original has stitching such as Louboutins

Our Method
- We gently remove the original insole
- From this we create a template for the new sole
- We source a matching leather in texture and colour
- We use the template to cut a new insole
- We skive the edges for a graduated edge
- We glue securely in the original place.
