Our Method
- Clean and scour the old heel thoroughly
- Glue the first lift of leather in place
- Stack remaining lifts and the heel top piece under the first lift
- Sand the first lift to ensure all layers fit with correct balance and toe spring
- Apply each successive lift with fresh glue and secure in place
- Glue the rubber top piece twice and leave to cure
