- The final solution, which we try to avoid, is replacing the entire zipper. We source premium zippers, including Riri and YKK, directly from trusted suppliers overseas to ensure quality and durability. Where possible, we retain the original zip pull to maintain authenticity.
If the first solution doesn’t work, we take the price off the next solution, if you want to go ahead, and so on. Although older repaired zips may work in store, we understand that when you go home, they may fail, and you are welcome to come back for the next solution.
