Description

The Dainite Studded Rubber Heel delivers durability, weather resistance, and a refined, clean look. Crafted by Harboro Rubber Co. in Market Harborough, England, it features recessed rubber studs. These studs grip wet or slick surfaces with ease. At the same time, the slim, low-profile design keeps shoes elegant. Unlike bulky lug heels, the Dainite heel maintains style without sacrificing performance.

It suits premium leather shoes and boots perfectly. Think brogues, oxfords, derbies, sleek boots, and high-end casual footwear. Top shoemakers trust it to add resilience while preserving classic lines. For example, Church’s, Crockett & Jones, Tricker’s, Grenson, Cheaney, and Loake fit their shoes with Dainite heels. Internationally, Alden in the U.S. and Meermin in Spain choose Dainite for the same reasons. Whether navigating city streets or weekend country paths, shoes perform reliably with this heel.

At Baxter & Black, we test products from around the world to ensure long-lasting quality. We source the best materials and inspect each heel carefully. Our Method

  1. We begin by removing the old heel using a heel puller, being careful not to damage the midsole or surrounding leather.
  2. Next, we clean the heel base thoroughly, removing any old glue or nails.
  3. We roughen both the shoe’s heel base and the Dainite Studded Rubber Heel heel surface with sandpaper for better adhesion.
  4. We apply Renia glue to both surfaces. After waiting 15 minutes we push the heel firmly onto the shoe and clamp.
  5. Once bonded, we trim the excess rubber before sanding to a flush finish
  6. Finally we add nails for extra durability
